Del Iguazu is a brand with more than 10 years in the market. Its need was to redesign its identity system to be able to communicate its essence and lower the cost of its current packaging to be more profitable.

PROBLEM:

The small scale is complex in the reproduction of the packaging, not only because of the quantities but also because with the tea product there are important considerations to keep the contents of the container in good condition. As if this were not enough, the brand has three product lines with various subdivisions.

SOLUTION:

We went for an envelope made of recycled Kraft paper (two-layer with an insulator inside the packaging to preserve the tea) + an ink (white). The self-adhesive label is what changes and indicates the type of product that is in the envelope and its legal details.

What does this decision allow us?

That the brand and product have an identity and that each line in turn has its own. As if this were not enough, we thus reduce the cost of the current packaging. For the cost of one previous pack, three current ones are made.

From Iguazu or Big Waters

Product strategy and identity: Inspired by its naming and with a well thought out descent

according to its target audience and points of sale. A packaging designed to inhabit spaces

private, not mass circulation.

Places linked to tourism, regional products and signature design.

Iguazu in reference to one of the 7 wonders of the world "Iguazu Falls"

Its meaning is big waters. The Falls are submerged

in a protected area within the Iguazú National Park, a place where fauna and flora delight us.

The packaging illustration is a representation of representative elements

From the place, we see waterfalls as well as characteristic fauna and flora, such as the butterfly 88.
